1. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
This asana detoxifies the body, releases tension and rejuvenates skin cells. It also makes your skin smoother.
How to perform it: Start with Makarasana position. To come into this position, lie down on your stomach comfortably on the ground. Your feet should be wide apart with your hands folded in front of you. Rest your head on your hands and relax. Moving forward, join your legs and stretch your hands overhead. Rest your forehead on the ground and pull your hands back to your chest. Your elbows should be bent and palms should be resting on the side of your chest. Take a deep breathe and lift the upper half of your body. Your elbows should be in line with your body. Your legs should be stretched in such a way that you do not feel a lot of tension on your waist. Stay in this position and breathe in and breathe out. Hold this position for 15- 30 seconds.
2 Padmasana (Lotus Pose)
For beautiful, supple and glowing skin, this pose is perfect. It also helps to relieve digestive disorder, which is also necessary for good skin.
How to perform it: Sit on the ground with your legs stretched out in front of you, with your spine erect. Gently bend the right knee and place in on top of your left thigh. Your soles must point outward. Do the same with the other leg. Now bring both your hands to Gyan mudra by joining the head of your thumb and index finger to make a small circle. Your hands should be placed on the knees. Make sure your spine and head erect all the time. Breathe in and out and hold this position for a few minutes. Repeat this pose with the other leg on the top.
3. Sarvangasana (shoulder stand)

How to perform it: Lie down flat on your back. Now slowly lift both your legs, buttocks and back as much as you can taking the support of your hands and elbows. Try to straighten your spine and legs. The entire weight of your body should be on the shoulders and upper arms. Do not support your body weight on your neck or head. Your toes should be pointed out. Breathe in and out and stay in this position for 15 to 30 seconds.
4 Adho Mukha Shvanasana (Downward facing dog pose)
This pose supplies helpful nutrients to the face to fight various skin issues.
How to perform it: Stand on your four limbs, so that your body makes a table-like structure. Breathe out and gently lift your hip up. With this, straighten your elbows and knee to make an inverted V. Now, press your hands into the ground and lengthen your neck. Your ears should touch your inner arms and turn your gaze to your navel. Hold this position for a few seconds, and then, bend your knees and return to the table position.
5. Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)
Apart from healthy skin, this pose is also good for improving flexibility. When you perform this asana, make sure your stomach is empty.
How to perform it: Lie down on your stomach with your feet hip-width apart and arms by your side. Now slowly fold your knees and hold the ankle of both the legs with your hands. Take a deep breath and lift your chest and legs off the ground. Pull your legs are much as you can and keep your face straight. Hold the pose as you concentrate on breathing. Your body should be as tight as a bow.
6. Halasan (Plough Pose)

How to perform it: Lie down flat on your back with your arms by your side. Take a deep breath and lift your feet above the ground with the help of your abdominal muscle. Use your hands to support your hips and lift them off the floor, so that your toes are placed over your head. Your back should be perpendicular to the ground. 7. Shavasana (corpse pose)
Shavasana promotes rest and relaxation. However, do not fall asleep while performing this asana.

Now take a deep breath and when you breathe out, bring your knees towards your chest. Your thighs should be pressing your body and clasp your hands around your legs. Hold this asana for a few seconds while breathing in and out. Every time you exhale, make sure you tighten the grip of the hands on the knees and increase the pressure on your chest. But when you inhale, make sure you loosen the grip.
9 Ustrasana (camel pose)

How to perform it: Kneel down on the ground and place your hands on your hips. Your knees and shoulder should be in a straight line and the soles of legs should be facing the ceiling. Take a deep breathe and draw your tailbone towards your pubis. While doing this bend your back to form an arch and place your palms on your feet for some support. Make sure your hands are erect. Do not put pressure on your neck. Hold this position on 30 to 60 seconds.
